Purchased our Jeep Gladiator from Schumacher on March 22nd, 2024. The sales service provided was exemplary, giving us the impression that Schumacher was bucking the trend amongst the other dealerships in South Florida. Unfortunately, the service side doesn't align with the sales experience.

The Jeep was in for service for 71 days, from November 4th, 2024, through January 15th, 2025. Our service advisor, who said they would provide updates, never did.

To say there was a lack of communication would be a gross misrepresentation, as there was none at all.

No communication from the Schumacher staff managing the dealer loner for 71 days either. Then, I was charged for the no-charge dealer loner due to their failure to communicate, lack of follow-up, and extensive paperwork errors. I almost forgot to mention that the Florida dealer tag installed on the loaner had expired on 12/24, so I had been driving with an expired tag for 15 plus days.

Picked the Jeep on January 15th, 2025, and when I got home, I realized there were some odd things about the recently replaced warranty hood. You can see it in the photos. It looks like it's bent inward around the spray nozzles. I emailed my service advisor the same day, providing detailed pictures, but there was no response. Sent a follow-up email a few days later with no response. It's now been 38 days as of February 22, 2025, with no response.

I called the service manager on February 7, 2025 at 954-454-1930  and  left a voicemail message. It’s now been 16 days with no follow up call as of February 22nd 2025.

The persistent lack of communication on the service side continues to be a recurring theme.

It's one thing to sell a vehicle; it's another thing to provide quality customer service after the sale, and unfortunately, it simply hasn't happened.

Furthermore, they attempt to spoon feed you how you should leave a review with the manufacturer not something I’ve ever experienced before. (See attached text image)

UPDATE: sent USPS certified mail that was delivered & signed for on February 14th 2025 regarding the improperly repaired warranty replacement hood as of today February 22nd 2025 still no response.

Additionally, Suhumacher is 40 miles away from my home. It's an enormous hassle to go there, as it takes over an hour plus each way. Phone calls and emails are standard communication practices in today's world. However, as you can see, they don’t respond in an acceptable manner, so the lack of communication continues. Just remember, dealerships aren’t your friends.

Schumacher has not earned our respect, appreciation, or repeat business as we prepare to buy a new vehicle.

Giankarlo made buying a new car as painless of a process as possible! He took his time to explain everything to me (and not just my boyfriend) which I really appreciated! He also gave us a very fair price and made it a positive experience!

Came to buy a used car it took a long time cause I live out of state but Ed was an amazing salesman made sure I felt very comfortable with buying the car before I made the decision. Let me take it to a mechanic I named down the street to get it checked out. Was very nice and compassionate through the whole sale. I didn’t get the car same day but when I came back Ed wasn’t there but Davie was more than helpful getting the car detailed and making sure it was ready before I left. Tony and Arnold from the business side of things were amazing too. Assisted by Susan who took care of titling they were able to expedite things a lot to make sure I could get on the road as soon as possible. Overall a really pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I had the pleasure of working with Giankarlo Serrano for this new vehicle, and it truly was a real pleasure. He was efficient, trustworthy and is a man of his word with good character. I felt like I knew him from many years before. After this experience, I plan on sending all of my business to him. He will not disappoint.
