Description

22” hand-made malachite bead necklace made by local craftsman in Pointe Noir, Congo (@1994). The bead diameters range from 14mm (center) to 6.6 mm (by clasp). Beads were shaped by hand (irregular round) and strung on hand-knotted synthetic cord. Secures with a threaded barrel connector. I personally purchased this from a craft bazaar while working in Pointe Noir. Asking $20. Local pick-up only.
