Craftsman 6" Jointer on weighted rolling base

Heavy duty cast iron Craftsman 6 Inch Jointer Planer, model 103.23321. Bed is approximately 36” from end to end. Manufactured in 1949, original 3/4hp Craftsman motor. Great condition, sharp knives, needs nothing, ready to use immediately. This vintage heavy duty cast iron Craftsman 6 Inch Jointer Planer was and still is one of the better woodworking tools that Craftsman produced. The weighted base improves tool stability when in use; the locking casters and narrow footprint make it easy to move around without taking up too much floor space. The jointer fence extends the full length of the rear table and locks flush. There are stops at 45 and 90 degrees. It will handle stock up to 6 inches wide. The bearing housings are part of the base casting. It includes a depth-of-cut scale, six micro adjustment screws align the three alloy-steel blades in the steel cutterhead. It has a 2 inch machine pulley on a 1/2" shaft, sealed ball bearings that are permanently lubricated. It measure 9 1/8" x 20 5/8" x 42 12" overall; 36 inch working area (front and rear table). The single phase .75 hp 115v motor can be run from any house, garage, or shop outlet. Additionally, the motor is thermally-protected and reversible. Stand made by original owner; weighted rolling base with locking casters by 2nd owner. It weighs approximately 250 pounds as pictured (tool, fence, motor, stand, weighted rolling base). The body of the jointer weighs approximately 120 pounds (weight without the motor, motor pulley, belt, stand, or rolling base).
