Brand new warrantied phone. I just got it to replace one I broke and I ended up buying another phone. I have never even loaded anything on it. It comes with charger, case and three extra batteries. One of the only phones out there that you can replace batteries on which is very convenient. You never willl have to stand next to a charger again. I bought these batteries for my trip to Africa. I have the box too. I loved this phone. Not sure why I spent so much for a new one but I already made the decision.
