Large gutted tiny house ready for your renovation

This tiny home has excellent bones! I was going to renovate this and put it on a lot I bought in the city and I sold the lot before I had the time. this is 12 ft wide and 44 ft long it is a LARGE load so you have to have PEVO (pilot escort vehicle) to transport it it is gutted, there is some electrical, no plumbing, no insulation, a couple walls have plywood on them. The roof does not leak, but it obviously will need to be replaced. No real rot to speak of. just a couple spots in the corners that need to be fixed. Overall great shape for the age and what it is. 2x6 construction, very sturdy. The guy that built it also transported it from Pe Ell up to my house in Olympia. this tiny home could be really something for the right person and its priced right to leave you with plenty of equity when you're d1. I cannot deliver. Delivery may be able to be arranged after tiny home has been paid for.
