Only serious buyers please. We are in Orchards- Vancouver. No deliveries. Will be available Sat morning for pick up. Mor Down filled couch. Viva chocolate color. No rips or tears. Few burn marks from a fireplace that was on the coffee table that are virtually unnoticeable.(shown in pic up close) Super comfortable and very large! We love it just moving and no room! Dimensions are in last picture
