Two [circa 1920] DeVry 35mm co-axial portable silent projectors

Two [circa 1920] DeVry 35mm co-axial portable silent projectors. One in excellent condition. Motors, lamps work The film reels are internal 1,200-foot coaxial load. Both motors on the projectors run, one projector has a broken wire leading from the rheostat to the motor. Both are excellently preserved and one is in working condition. As an example of the era, the projectors are from; the following is excerpt from a warning that was prominently displayed in the projectors: Inside the projector door is an cautionary notice that warns the projectionist that, "Moving Picture Films Are Highly Inflammable," and that "The real danger is in the panic that a film fire may cause. In case of fire close the lens aperture opening and carry the projector out of the building quietly. A few calm words to the audience on the part of the operator may save a panic."
