This machine will get your cardio going from a “simple” incline walk to a “ridiculous” incline hike (see pic). Or for the more traditional, the Incline Trainer (IT) is a treadmill to get in that jog, mid-tempo run or all out run blast. The IT is in good condition. I’ve had no mechanical issue with it. A monitor is embedded whereby you can activate hundreds of workouts with actual trainers who “control” your IT incline and speed. Full access to this feature will cost you $15 a month, which I consider a fair deal with what is received. Included with the IT are two, adjustable dumbbells (12.5lbs) with racks. The dumbbells are configured wherein you can easily remove and add small weight bars. Also, have mat the IT can reside on. The machine is big and heavy. Its footprint is 78” long, 40” wide and about 72” high from floor to handlebars.
