I do not have the best credit. So I went to that lot searching for a 10k vehicle. I found one they pulled my credit asked for more pay stubs I got the documents together. Then they where up set I was out for ten month on medical! I explain. They just left me on your pay doesn’t match your application!
All via text funny thing was they do in house finance I had 7K in my pocket. It should of been plenty down  for a 10k car. I respectful walked they never Attempted to make any kind of offer for any type of Financing. I would not support this company period. Plus the cars where dirty.

I bought a Ford Flex here, after everything was a little over 16 grand. Had the vehicle less than six months and then had to spend over 12000 to get it fixed! Over 10000 to the mechanic and about 2000 to rent a car for 2 months. Car had probs with timing 2 days after buying, then it messed up both turbos causing oil to seep into the exhaust, so bad to were it was leaking out onto the ground everywhere, major fire hazard as well. The car was next to never maintained the mechanic told me, almost no oil changes were ever done. There was so much debris in the engine that it took a huge amount of oil to flush out, had to pull the whole motor out to do everything! And the warranty they offer didn't even cover half! That's just an idea of what you will get yourself into if you buy a vehicle from here, there are better places out there. That's my experience and I hope it helps. Btw the warranty only covered $4700, not even half.

They never scheduled appointments, that's bs. I've made it to any and all appointments with them. And they DO NOT do loaners they told me, they even told me that when I purchased the vehicle! And I got quotes from 3 different well known mechanics, all within the same price range to fix the vehicle, well 1 was about $650 cheaper but we didn't know if they would take our warranty. When I look back in the reviews it seems like they like to argue and make people look bad for a bad review. The pictures speak for themselves.

Bought a great running car from here but all 4 struts are totally busted and just clank and clunk all day. The car has no power train issues and everything works but the radio someone tried to put in. The engine and transmission are perfect.  It also has a roof leak that may be something minor. Its not the sunroof. The car had not been cleaned out or detailed either. Not a big deal but if I sold someone any car I would attempt to detail it as best I could. I would even buff the car. This car needs 1400 dollars worth of suspension work. This was stated by the mechanic shop they own. That’s all labor, because the OEM struts cost 200 bucks for all 4. Probably going by the billable hours nonsense. It’s not a major job at all. Definitely not worth 1200 bucks in labor for less than 3 hours of work.  This car would be in very good condition if not for the suspension. It is in ok condition for now but it rides horrible on uneven roads. Secondly wouldn’t steno to drive on the highway. The fastest I’ve been in 40mph. It also needs an ac compressor. That is nothing major. The ac works fine. I bought this car at the book value of excellent condition and I doubt if this car would even be considered good condition considering how it rides. I couldn’t test drive the car at the time.  I assumed that was because of a paperwork issue. Not many would have taken this car after hearing it clank and clunk so bad. It’s really, really embarrassing. All this for 30 percent interest on a car already overpriced and then charged 500 for some kind of gps in case this car is stolen. This car is not even worth enough to be going through that. It has full coverage on it so if someone steals a 25 year old car with well over 200k miles, more power to them. I can see if this was an expensive car. It seems frivolous and a way to make money. I’m paying 600 in interest in a 2k loan which used to be usury in this country. Then $500 more for this gps. I found the gps while cleaning the car by mistake. That already renders it moot if I were a big enough low life to steal a car this old or any car at all. Good thing it’s not legal to charge 5000 percent interest because most of these people would I think. I’m not going to complain much about the interest, but this gps thing is absolutely not fair play.

The sales people are all nice from what I saw. I don’t think they would intentionally sell a car that may blow up on anyone. Seems to be a good dealership for good used cars if you have cash. I would buy from them again but would be sure to drive the car first,not take anyone’s opinion and I willing finance because of the gps thing.
