These catios (with or without wheels) are custom made with all cedar wood & are safely enclosed with pet screen or galvanized welded wire mesh to keep your kitties securely in & predators out. Each custom piece is made with great care & is individually & professionally styled to fit your space, all with safety, fun & comfort in mind for your beloved cat(s). We can design & build a free standing version or one that butts up against your house wall or door/window. The cedar can be protectively sealed or it can be painted in your color of choice. Roofing options include asphalt shingles, corrugated metal, corrugated plastic or an open style with welded wire mesh - or we could make one using solid cedar as in the one featured in this listing. Flooring is optional. Shelving & multiple interior accessories, such as hiding boxes, ramps, sisal trees, etc, are also available, as well as custom doors. Prices vary quite a bit & are determined by dimensions & features chosen, but range from $750 for a small window enclosure all the way up to 5k+ for a higher end deluxe “designer” model, similar to the one highlighted in our listing. We are happy to try to work within whatever your budget allows, but most of our catios end up in the $1500-5k range. We are more than happy to provide you with a free estimate for the space you have in mind for your enclosure. Unlike the cheaply made online versions, these catios are super sturdy & are built to hold up in the elements & to stand the test of time &, most importantly, to keep your kitty safe & protected while providing a unique & special hangout spot.
