Alvarez 12 string guitar

If you know anything about guitars, you know about Alvarez they’ve been around forever some of the greatest musicians in the world play them. This one is a model 5037 made in the late 80s or early 90s. It has mahogany back and sides with a cedar top. It is an excellent condition. I don’t see any scratches maybe a few little minor very minor pencil lead size dings or smaller. This one will come with a case and I’m going to be changing the strings today so it’ll have a brand new set on it This sings so beautifully but unfortunately, I am 71 years old now and my hands are giving out with arthritis. I’ve had this for many many years and it’s brought me a lot of smiles and joy. Now it’s your turn. These aren’t like the new guitars of today that are built to last a couple years. This is a lifelong gift if taken care a masterpiece of workmanship.
