All are snap closures and the rise can be snapped down for small babes. 4: 12 LoveMy bamboo inserts 5: 7 flats/trifolds of various absorbances 6&7: Cotton large and small inserts, made by littlelamb. 8&9: Fleece large and small inserts, made by littlelamb. 10&11: littlelamb diaper covers, 4 small and 2 large.
