If it’s posted - it’s available. If you ask me if it’s available you can jump off a bridge. Nothing wrong with it—no rips or tears. Just a couple minor dog treat surface stains and dog hair from my two well-behaved labs. It just needs a quick upholstery cleaning (cheap to rent at Home Depot). I’ve barely used it—maybe sat on it 30 minutes in the past 2 years. I don’t really watch TV, and the dogs just lounged on it. Pickup near Carefree Hwy & 7th St.
