We went in looking for a car for our daughter for college and Kayla helped us tremendously. She showed us lots of different options, let us test drive quite a few before we found the perfect one. Recently, I had an amazing experience with this dealership. I would like to share my gratitude towards Northtown Auto Sales for giving me a chance to purchase 2016 Toyota Tundra. The customer service was great from the whole staff. However, one person who stood out to me in particular, is the salesperson, Jason Smith. He laced up his shoes and got stuff done. He negotiated smoothly in the financial process and, I never felt pressured to make a decision. Above all, he explained everything in great detail making my decision that much easier. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had a great experience with this dealership. They helped get me out of my old car and into one I really liked, and they even stayed late to finish the deal, which I really appreciated. About a week after getting my car, I ran into a mechanical issue, and they took care of it right away and really helped me out when I needed it. Everyone there is amazing, especially Josh in finance. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares about their customers.

I've been coming here for years, my first car has lasted the past 10 years and I still have her. She's not in great shape now,  so I decided to get an upgrade. I met with Jalil and he got me into the exact car I was looking at. Great conversation and a very upbeat person, not trying to sell you on the most expensive. All of the team members I talked to were great and understood financial struggles these days. Will probably be going through them for many years to come.

I just bought a Cadillac CT6 from these guys and the whole experience was fantastic. My credit isn't great but they were able to get me financed with an interest rate under 9% and even traded a car with negative equity. Had a slight issue with the car come up and the owner,  Randy, along with Johnny the sales manager made sure to take care of everything. Going above and beyond to send someone to Post Falls to pick up the car as a precaution and bring it to their shop. The issues were fixed the first day, and with no charge for the pick up or the fix. I was worried I was going to become a victim of the dreaded used car salesman stigma but along with Johnny, Randy, Josh and Kurt I can honestly say I've never had a better experience at a car lot,  and I've worked at 3. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car, with good or bad credit, to come in and see the team they have assembled, you will definitely be pleased with what you find.
