2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Hello! I’m not a mechanic, and I’m quite sure my cost to get this minivan back in tip-top shape is simply not worth it…BUT…a mechanic could very well make the numbers work! Here are the major issues as I know them: - There is a 1-3 minute delay before the heat or AC starts up…Why? I don’t know! :) - The power steering is all but gone, and it currently mimics manual steering and gives the arms a nice, free workout; and - The engine has recently started racing at much higher RPM than necessary, which makes me wonder about the health of the transmission. So, with the above issues and the markup I’m facing for parts and labor, it simply doesn’t make sense for me to keep this vehicle. In fact, I recently took it off my car insurance to save some money. You are very welcome to test the minivan as much as feasible in my driveway, and I do believe that will be sufficient to confirm the above issues as I have described them.
