Vintage Rare Toshiba Tube Radio 5YC-606. ca. 1960

Nice vintage radio. Has both AM and SW bands. Seems to work just fine. Has good tone. Could not pick up anything on SW, but it tries. Just normal static from no reception. Also has an input for a phono but I did not have one to check out the function. Has a small crack on the top rear of the case as well as some small chips. There is one small piece that broke off on top right corner of the front of the radio that has been reglued. Otherwise, case is in good condition as is the front bezel and lettering. It is missing the small Toshiba emblem that goes on the speaker grill. Still a nice looking radio that is rare and hard to find. I was not able to find another one like it on google except on the Japanese sites. The Japanese sites say it was made in 1960. About 12” x 5” x 4”.
