We are 1hr 20mins away. Let me just tell you how Israel was so friendly and helpful they when we got there. Best service possible and so quick with the paperwork process, they had everything ready to go all we did is sign. We had gotten there 10 minutes after close, but they waited for us and Dex was so wonderful with us going through the paperwork and just great customer service! Me and my husband are so happy with our purchase ✨

For the past few weeks, I've been searching for a specific car and M Auto Group had one available. I went to the location with my father to check out the vehicle. As soon as we arrived we only saw two employees. One gentleman (btw the only one that's actually working) was cleaning up cars and another speaking to a customer. Walked around the lot and noticed a fairly good amount of vehicles. Mainly high end vehicles to showcase to customers. (Keep this in mind)

Apparently when you compare their cars on their website versus on the lot some are missing. We had to wait a few minute just to have the car pull up.  While we're still waiting for the car to show up. The other employee did not engage or greet us at all. He did seem interested after he heard what car we were inquiring about.

When the car finally arrived and LET ME TELL YOU. The pictures you see on their website are altered, photoshopped whatsoever. Even though the VIN matched this can't be the same vehicle on the website. The interior was absolutely filthy, dirt, and grime all over the place. Scratches all over the place that were not in the photos. Upon close inspection of engine, notice the the oil cap was not even closed. I informed the gentleman and his reply was "oh they just changed the oil." Seriously, just changed the oil and can't screw the cap back on? Now who knows what else is wrong with the vehicle.

Let's be clear here. If you're not planning on buying the cars in the main lot with the BMWs, Mercedes, or any high priced car. Don't expect much from this place. They'll just ignore you like you don't have any money. If you look at all the review with 5 stars and photos attached. You will notice that it's all high priced cars. Great tactics guys. I'll give you a star for that!

I stopped by M Auto Group to offer my services — not as a buyer this time, but wow, their car selection was stunning! The owner, Dax, was a down-to-earth guy with a great eye for detail, and the sales team was incredibly friendly. I’m not sure if I landed their business yet, but I’ll definitely visit them again when I’m looking for my next ride.
