2017 Honda Cr-v

Clean Colorado title in hand. It has 164993 miles it might go up little bit since it is my daily drive. I am the third owner. Actually it is more like second wonder since the second owner was dealer. The car is very well taken care of. I own the car for the last 5 thousand miles , since August 2025. The car does not have any ongoing problem. The tires are in great condition. I was able to test the car during icy conditions last week, it is performing amazing. This is a great awd reliable car for Colorado. If I were to stay in Colorado I would never sell this car . The reason I am selling is I am moving to a sunny state that I don’t need this beast. I will continue with a more modest car. The car has a minor accident history in the front driver side. I don’t know what happened but I get it checked to my mechanic before I purchase the car and he told me it looks like a very small accident because there was no bend on the frame or anything . They just replaced the front bumper. There is also a hail damage reported on the carfax but to be honest I never realized it until my mechanic mention. I attached the pictures on top of the car , and on the hood you can try to see the hail damage but it is so hard to realize. I am guessing the first owner get it fixed or it was a very light damage that didn’t need fixing . I only accept cashiers check , if we go to bank together and I see the bank is handing you the check . And I will give you the title in the bank.
