Got this for my son a month ago but did not know anything about e-bikes, turned out to be considered an e-motorcycle and not street legal. Just trying to recover some of what I paid and put it toward a street legal e-bike for him. It does have some cosmetic damage but nothing major. some parts not attached but still have them. It still operates fine. paid $1075 for after shipping handling and tax but it was listed on amazon for $699. asking for $600 or best offer.
