2007 Honda Civic

Rebuilt title in hand and in my name. I purchased the vehicle with the rebuilt title already issued. Selling my 2007 Honda Civic EX. It has around 130k miles and has had a lot of maintenance and new parts put into it. The engine and transmission are running good, A/C blows cold, heat works, and the windows and sunroof work. The car does have a slight hesitation when accelerating. I took it to two different mechanics for diagnosis, including a technician who works at a shop, and both agreed that it is NOT an engine or transmission issue. They traced the issue to the oil pressure control solenoid assembly. I already purchased the replacement solenoid assembly and have the part with me , it just needs to be installed. Recent maintenance/new parts include: • New brakes and rotors • New wheel hub/bearing work • New rear coil springs • New water pump and belt • New spark plugs • Coolant flush • ABS wheel sensor • Good tires with plenty of tread • Apple CarPlay / Android Auto • Cold A/C and working heat • Power windows and sunroof • Recent Virginia state inspection Other than the slight hesitation mentioned above, the car runs and drives good. I’m being upfront about everything I know about the vehicle. I also have receipts/documentation for a lot of the work that has been done, along with videos of some of the repairs. Good affordable Civic with relatively low mileage for the year and a lot of recent maintenance already taken care of. I’ve taken it to Roanoke, Richmond, Washington D.C. and it’s performed excellent.
