I love this place. I will start by saying i will keep the CarWay vinyl on my van because I am more than grateful for them. I had a horrible experience at viva dodge, my heart was broken. But Ruben and his team helped ease my worries. He took the time to explain absolutely everything more than twice due to my loss of faith in dealerships. They were so clear and had so much patience. They are super fast too. I had my plates and sticker in less than a week. I recommend them 100000000000%

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. My family members experience was marked by misleading information, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. From the beginning, he was promised a vehicle in “excellent condition,” only to discover significant mechanical issues shortly after purchase.

Attempts to resolve the issues were met with evasiveness and empty excuses . Communication was inconsistent, and it became clear that the company was more interested in closing a sale than in providing honest service or standing behind their product.

If you value integrity, accountability, and peace of mind, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. A car is a major investment — don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting this dealership.
