Description

Had this shed for approx 2 years and it's still in Like New condition. Has a tin roof and is 2x4 and 2x6 constructed, built real solid. It was just recently completely insulated. Small AC fits in the window. Moving and can't take it with us. Buyer has to have it moved. I priced this over 15% + less than you could get it sitting on the lot. Will negotiate price, but won't give it away.
