Runs flawlessly, and its ready to hit the road for summer travels! We've put over 10k miles on it over the past few years and it's been a blast and never left us stranded. The AC blows cold, water heater works and has been regularly flushed. 3 way fridge works great Heater core replaced last year. Upgraded the house AC last year Reupholstered couches and added cushions Newer tires (two summer) North County Springs rebuilt the springs and added an overload spring. New Bilstein shocks all the way around New steering buffer shock, handles great New disks and brakes all the way around within the last 2 years. Transmission fluid flushed last summer. Oil changed last summer. New roof, no leaks! Desirable V10 motor/transmission package, tow whatever you want with ease. With a soft foot you can reliably get 9-10 mpg Includes an awning that was removed when the fabric tore. We changed out the flooring in the front and back, the house flooring has held up but seems to be coming up around a few seams. 24 ft total length, easy to drive and parks just about anywhere. Nothing wrong with it that comes to mind, my kids are growing and it's time for an upgrade. *the step is bent, I knew I had forgotten something Smoke free and Pet Free The pictures are from last year when I had it waxed, it sits under a cover when not in use.
