This truck had a lot of work done to it only to find out it has a bad motor. Cyl 7 is completely busted. Things you can salvage from the truck are: 1. New spark plugs 2. New coils 3. New camshaft position sensor 4. New knock sensor 5. New crankshaft position sensor 6. New EGR valve 7. New injectors 8. New Electronic Throttle body. Tires are ok, breaks good. Not running.
