Description

Authentic Swedish bayonet, scabbard, and leather frog. Also called Swedish 1896 bayonet, M96 bayonet, and/or Swedish Mauser bayonet) The bayonet and scabbard are in good, vintage condition- with some usual signs of wear but no major defects. Made by Eskilstuna Jernmanufactur AB (EJ-anchor-AB, centered on blade). Conical locking stud, 3 digit serial number, and the presence of unit markings help date this somewhere between 1905-1933. Leather frog is missing one half of strap and buckle, but otherwise in good condition. Contact me regarding shipping!
