I purchased a car in full, and was promised it ran amazingly.  Made it 5 hours up the road.  I spent more than I wanted to.  Went back to dealership and requested a refund.  The manager called the cops threatening me to never come back.
I am a single female who car shopped alone, I was taken advantage of.  I was ridiculed by their staff.  This is NOT a business that I would RECOMMEND to ANYONE!

I had a great experience, with the stuff very helpful, they made me feel welcome, they answer all my questions, and they always try to get their customers the best deal they possibly can on the vehicle you want. Definitely go to Tito's, and let them help you get the car that you want.

This company doesn't actually care about you. They will sell you the worst car possible to make money and try to advertise like they are helping. Selling points were them having inspections unlike other places and offer oil changes and free maintenance services with the purchase which youll get from another company. This is inaccurate, what they dont tell you is that the car WILL have underlying issues so you should cover yourself and bring a mechanic before signing before and before going on a test drive. In addition the oil change/ maintenance service guess what... You do get it, but they have no workers or hubs in El Paso so they cant send anyone to work on your vehicle and they dont reimburse if you go to another shop to get the work done. Now when i first called and was told this they lied saying they'll follow up and a manager will call and find the best resolution, please understand you will not get a call back. If you have the patience to keep calling back i wish you the best of luck bit you wont get far. This company that does the services dont have many places here that they have approved to do services on their behalf, so you cant even take your car in. If you wish to continue with them I wish you luck you're mostlikely a family friend or family member of the company as they seem to be big on taking care of family.

Buying a truck from Tito's auto sale was the best choice. They made the process easy! I went in looking for a truck and drove away with the perfect truck at a great deal. I would definitely be a return buyer.
