2005 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

2005 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI Last of the Mercedes in-line 6 diesels. If you’re familiar with these cars not much else needs to be said. It’s been my commuter for the last two years but I no longer have a long commute. In my opinion the best commuter car you can buy, quiet, comfortable, powerful, and gets great fuel mileage. I usually average around 35-38 mpg highway, ~700 miles per tank. The car is very solid mechanically and the body and interior is in great shape. You will not be disappointed with the condition of this car. I run either diesel kleen or hotshots edt with every tank. Within the last 10,000 miles -All ball joints replaced -Brakes replaced -Injector seals replaced -Oil changed, Liquimoly Leichtlauf and OEM filter (Less than 500 miles ago) Negatives -Motor mount started leaking about two weeks ago, it has a bit of a vibration on cold starts that goes away after the car has warmed up. I have not had time to address this. -Rear bumper has damage from a tire blow out, it’s been repaired but definitely not perfect, please see pictures -Front bumper has slight damage from when a truck backed into it in a parking lot.
