IKEA Kramfors leather couch PLUS ottoman GREAT condition $225 Downtown Los Angeles

Hello, I am selling my Ikea leather couch. This is the Kramfors couch, that is very hard to come by these days. Its a great couch. I just need something a little smaller. There are a couple small punctures in the ottoman and the stitch needs to be redone on the cushions of the couch but, the cushions hold together regardless. Couch dimensions are 38 inches (length) x 87.5 inches (width) x 29 inches (height of the back). Ottoman dimensions are 34 (length) x 39 (width) x 17 (height) I've seen people selling this couch for much more, in conditions that are no where near as good condition as my couch, so I am pretty firm on the price but, I am willing to negotiate if you can buy it an pick it up within the week. I live on the second floor of an apartment building so if you want it, you would need to arrange for someone to help you bring it down the stairs. FYI, I will probably have the legs taken off by the next couple days, for transport in and out of the door way. Let me know if you have any questions. thanks!
