Description

Real leather couch In fair/usable condition- frame, springs and cushions are fine. Due for a proper cleaning & conditioning with leather products. Front of couch has no major rips, though there are some elsewhere (small ones on bottom of one cushion & backside) that aren’t very noticeable and are possibly fixable. Has scratches, & scuffs from being moved as pictured. Bottom needs new dust cover, relatively easy fix. Fabric (cambric fabric) could be bought fairly cheap and stapled on. Or, could reuse current dust cover by stapling back on what’s there. Is usable as is. *taken outside for pictures, stored inside* Would be great if this could go to a home where it can be restored!
