HONDA CR500 AF CONVERISON Electric & kick start this is a unique build. This bike has amazing power as well as superior handling. We started with gen III CRF450R frame and mated it with CRF450X sub-frame that holds all electric systems in OEM mounts. (Battery, Rectifier, Main Harness, Stator and electric start switch are all 450X OEM making it easy to buy & install replacement parts. Motor: 2001 CR500 New pistons, head work, new crank (OEM) & all new bearing seals & gaskets. New FMF pipe & powercore II muffler, cnc motor mounts, new clutch plates & right-side water pump cover. Frame: 2005 CRF450R with 05 CRF450X sub-frame, new cradle with cnc billet motor mount. Power coated Red suspension, new fork seals & bushings no modifications. New fluid & seals in rear shocks. Brakes: New wave rotors 21” front & 18” rear. New front & rear wheels and tires. Master cylinder and calipers restored. Pro-taper bars (Henry Reed bend.) New clutch, throttle & brake lines, over size radiators. $9500.00 No trades
