These guys were a real pleasure to work with. Deon, Chase and both Christians were a good group of guys. I had been looking for a 2016 Honda Pilot for awhile and found this one on the lot. I looked within a 60 mile radius. It was white and the lowest mileaged one i could find in my budget. Chase had excellent customer service and had the car pulled up for me when I got to the lot. Went for a test drive and he was very personable. No pressure at all for a sale either. In the end we discussed price and I left with a beautiful car. Highly recommend. They have nice cars on their lot in Lakewood. I assume their other lot in Tacoma does as well. Check out their website!

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Chris, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the truck. He answered all my questions honestly and made the entire process smooth I never felt pressured, and he made sure I was comfortable with everything before finalizing the deal.

UPDATE ON MY CAR FROM VISTA AUTO SALES August 29th, 2025: The car didn't even last a year and I've only put a little over 4K miles on it since purchase in December 2024. The check engine light came on again. Took it into my local repair shop and they called to tell me that there is nothing they can do to fix this car now. The troubleshooting they attempted didn't work and the car now requires a complete engine overhaul which will cost over $10K. Buying an $11.5K used car from Vista Auto Sales has proven to be the worst and most expensive mistake of my life! I just wanted to say, thanks again for the LEMON, Vista auto!

STAY AWAY FROM VISTA AUTO SALES - THEY SOLD ME A COMPLETE DISASTER!
Let me tell you about the NIGHTMARE I experienced with Vista Auto Sales. I drove a whopping 128 miles from Oak Harbor, Whidbey Island to buy a used Mini Cooper Countryman Sport on December 7, 2024. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON just 25 miles after leaving their lot!
This was just the beginning of this complete disaster:
WITHIN TWO WEEKS - BAM! $1,175 down the drain for a leaking head gasket. The car was literally PUMPING OIL FUMES INTO THE CABIN while I was driving.
BUT WAIT, IT GETS WORSE! After fixing the head gasket, the car was STILL leaking oil from the cooler and transmission! Another $3,000 in repairs! Sure, they covered half after I raised hell about it, but WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT for their negligence?
BUYERS BEWARE: Vista Auto Sales will happily take your cash and send you driving off in a ROLLING MONEY PIT! They clearly don't care about their inspection process or their customers.
Check out the photos attached for additional issues my mechanic found upon a closer look. Busted turbo blowoff valve, crack engine core support on either side. Check engine light on 25 miles after driving off their car lot. DON"T GET RIPPED OFF!!

Vista,  I do appreciate the time taken to respond to my initial review, and again, thank you for your support of our men and women in the service, that does mean a lot to me. However, I would like to remind you that the out of pocket costs I've paid for the repairs are over $2,500 to date, even though you guys reluctantly covered $1,500, only after I took time out my work day (for over a week) to carefully negotiate that with you. Even after I requested to speak with the business owner directly so that we could have a professional conversation about this, I was never given that opportunity after several requests. Instead I had to go back and forth A LOT with, Christian ( your sales rep/manager?) When a customer repeatedly makes requests for communication with the person in charge, it's in the business best interest to make that happen. After all it's a used car dealership, not the pentagon. Are they so busy that that couldn't give me 10 minutes of their time on the phone? I stopped what I was doing in my line of work (in Naval aviation) for you guys. You can clearly imagine why this has been a bad experience for me. Let's not forget about the smoke and smell of burning oil that was coming into the car because of the several oil leaks in the engine. I wouldn't make that up.. May I ask, would you be ok carting your family around with toxic fumes coming into the passenger area? How about the cracks in the inner frame? Why wasn't caught on the car's inspection? If a certified mechanic had  properly inspected this car, I imagine these discrepancies would have been taken care of promptly before Vista auto sales listed it for sale. I have all the receipts for the amount I've spent on repairs to date, which I also sent pictures of to you via text messages with Christian. I still firmly believe that you guys should cover the damages and costs I've incurred. Unfortunately, all you can do is refer me to some of your trusted mechanics that are over 125 miles away from where I live.

Traded in my old SUV for an incredible one owner Tacoma Truck! Chris and  Christian were both incredibly helpful and worked with me until everyone was happy with the deal. Vista Auto is highly recommended and trustworthy. I am happy with my car and won’t need to get a new one any time soon, but if I did I would certainly work with Vista again!
