This is a relatively new couch. Purchased at Living Spaces in July of 2019. Moving and getting rid of. This needs to be moved over a second floor balcony that has direct street access. Not hard but couch will need to be wrapped and maybe 3-4 people with full bed truck or trailer. Microfiber fabric. Couch is in clean good condition. Some imperfections from the purchase move. Couch is in a house that has a dog and cat for those of you with allergy concerns. Free cause it saves me a lot of trouble of having to move it and store it. Would prefer someone that can wait to pick it up till I am closer to my move out date of April 15th. But if sacrifices have to be made... I will.
