Description
Fully functioning, this is one of the nicest point & shoot cameras that I have ever owned. The 35mm f/2.8 lens is super sharp, producing some of the best film photos I’ve ever shot on such a simple machine. This is built better than most plastic-y feeling point & shoots, as this still utilized metal in its construction. The lens is protected by a cover that opens with the flip of a switch. Flash works and is also accessed by flipping a switch. Manual winding with a thumb winder so it’s quick and easy. Light meter works and the camera auto focuses in 3 zones, which you can see through the viewfinder. Takes two AAA batteries and I’ve included a fresh set. All in all, there’s a reason this camera still goes for upwards of $200 on the used market. Introduced in 1984, before everything shifted to full plastic camera bodies, this will be one of the best p&s cameras you will ever use. The only issue with it is purely aesthetic. The paint on the back cover is worn a bit from being on a strap and hanging near my belt for years. Not noticeable from the front and for a 40 year old camera, thats the only issue. I’ll throw in some film with this as well, if purchased at my asking price. I have multiple other cameras, accessories, etc. Check out my other listings as I am getting rid of a lifelong collection of collectibles and desirable items.
