1982 BMW 320i E21 5 Speed Manual Great project car. Clean title. Does start, run and it can drive. No rust, no major body damage. 172k miles. Not a daily driver! I purchased this car in Las Vegas 3 years ago. At the time it did not run. Since then I have done the following: Rebuilt front brake calipers New brake master cylinder New rear brake lines front pads and rotors Fuel tanks removed and cleaned New fuel lines Rebuilt in tank fuel pump New external fuel pump New fuel filter New fuel distributor lines New vacuum lines New spark plugs and wires New distributor rotor and cap New valve cover gasket New muffler New O2 sensor New inner and outer tie rods Rebuilt sun roof mechanism New sun roof seal New hood latch cable Replaced passenger side front fender due to dent in original fender. The car is complete with lots of extra parts as well. It starts and runs. I have driven it around the block in my neighborhood. It takes a few minutes to warm up, if you try to drive it before it’s warmed up it will stall. Could probably use a valve adjustment, new injectors, and maybe refreshing the warm up regulator. I love these old E21s, this is the third one I’ve owned and restored but unfortunately I have to throw in the towel as other obligations are diverting my time and money and I don’t want it to sit around wasting away for years. Will need a full paint job and interior upholstery to look pretty but it has solid bones for whatever kind of project you want to make out of it. This is a project car, I’ve done a lot to it but there are other things that will need addressing, suspension, steering bushings, etc. AC components have been removed form the car but I have all the parts for it.
