It is located in the North End near Point Defiance and 45th street. You will need a strong hand truck and bring help because there are two flights of stairs in the front yard to get down. Me and my friend moved it from the fireplace out to the front deck on a dolly, and it wasn't too hard to do, but picking it up is another issue.
