I purchased a vehicle for my wife. There was an issue with the key fob and JT promised to get it reprogrammed. I called him at least 6 times and he promised me Tuesday of the following week every time. Tuesday would come and I never heard from him. I’ve called numerous times since and never got a return call. I initially gave this dealership a 5 star rating. A persons word is everything to me. If you have no intention of delivering don’t promise it. I would never do business with this lot again. If you choose to don’t believe any promises you are given.

Big Jim is the guy you want to see if you’re looking to purchase a car! We were in a bind and couldn’t get approved anywhere else and even when we couldn’t get approved with their usual lender he went above and beyond to find us a lender who would work with our situation and we are now the proud owners of a badass Ford F150 truck! These guys are great to work with and are honest and fair which is hard do find nowadays! We will be Premier Auto customers for life! 🙌🏽❤️

My overall experience with Premier Auto Center was satisfying! Answered any questions I had, was open to me having my personal mechanic come and look and test drive the vehicle. Communicated thoroughly, Fernando and Star were both patient and AMAZING the moment I walked through the door. I would recommend to others that may be shopping and if I am looking to purchase another vehicle this will be my first stop.

I really didn't want to leave a review, but I bought a vehicle from them a month ago and it's been a nightmare. The vehicle I bought obviously wasn't inspected and sold right off an auction block. The night I bought the vehicle I was stranded because the headlights were blown as well as the fog lights were partially working. (Shame on me for trusting them and not checking.) Then the air cabin filter was never changed and molded and falling apart. It was factory and 10 years old. The oil filter was soiled and hadn't been changed in forever, yet there was fresh oil. I called several times and was told to bring the receipts for the headlights because I HAD TO REPLACE THEM in order to drive at night, and they would reimburse me for them them. When I was driving from Paulding Co. to take the receipts I got a dashboard notification that the tag light was now out. When I got there Jim told me I had to now drive farther scross town to take the receipts to John and that he would reimburse me the $150 for the lights and air cabin filter. I got there and gave them the receipts and John even took pictures of the receipts and said "The people who write the checks aren't here and we'll cut you a check and put it in the mail!" (Total scam statement!) He at least changed the $7 tag light bulb.) After 2 weeks I never got my check for replacing what THEY SHOULD'VE INSPECTED AND FIXED BEFORE SELLING) ... I kept calling and getting blown off with "I'll ask John and call you back." But you guessed it... never heard back. I called Jim back and told him whats going on and he cashapp'd me $100 (Nice, but still not what I paid in parts and services to fix their incompetence.) .... I decided to take the loss but the final straw was today when I went to get my tag at the tag office. I PAID THEM AS PART OF THE SALE FOR TAX, TAGS AND, etc but I still had to pay when I got to the tag office. The lady said they see where I paid but they would have to reimburse me for that. HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

So here I am having to deal with liars and all of the bad things you typically associate used car salesman to be. After being sent $100, I am still out $50 on the remaining amount I spent on bulbs and air cabin filter, $80 for an oil change and filter, and now $21 for tag.

AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS.....

Super friendly and reliable, really easy to make a trade in and were always ready and willing to do whatever they needed to answer any questions I had.
