This great futon was purchased for my daughter and used for only one year. Original purchase price was $604 and a new cover was recently purchased for $149. It is approximately 6‘ x 4‘ when laid flat. Beautiful natural Wood frame. Grippers already installed to hold futon in place. Futon also has a protective cover between the mattress and the canvas cover. Great for a dorm or other small space. Easily converts from sofa to a bed.
