This is handmade custom build all weather treated hardwood lumber solid construction with real flashing and shingles, exterior shutters and door with premium decorative knobs and door handles with brass hardware. The chalkboard and furniture is not included. Most disassemble and remove on your terms. The foundation stays (bricks and gravel and cinder blocks). The dimensions are something like 12' by 4' x 5.5' that's not exact, but it's really hot outside. I'll fill in the gaps later. The only thing missing is running water and electrics haha! Built with love, no longer needed. Local pickup only! Naperville area. This house took over a hundred man hours to build and almost $3,000 worth of materials alone.
