No leaks nothing wrong with it. I do not have the title. I payed cash for it from a family friend. I have the bill of sale from them as well. The back corners need to be re sealed but it does not leak. I re framed the entire back end of it. The bathroom needs to be finished but I just put a new shower faucet in it. Very nice little camper. It is 20ft no slide outs. I bought it for me and my wife to travel but the timing was bad with everything going on right now we will be staying locally for a bit longer. Don’t want something good to go to waste. I would love to keep it more than anything but just can’t right now.
