What a joke, thank you guys for just ignoring my email re: the scooter you sold me that had an outstanding recall on it that was never taken care of.

But it’s not that big of a deal, right? It’s not like it would be you guys getting thrown from the scooter & badly injured if the front fork just decided to “snap” going 30 mph. I’m just totally overreacting here. It’s not like information like that should be disclosed to a customer BEFORE they purchase it ..... almost sounds like it could be illegal, whether you knew about it or not.

Guess I’m just being overly dramatic here knowing how badly I could have injured myself, or others riding around doing 30 mph on a questionable scooter. My bad for bugging you guys and asking what you’d be willing to do to make that sneaky, underhanded sale right. But don’t worry, I’ll take it from here and figure out what to do.

**UPDATE: still no response from anyone there after third attempt. Thank you guys for your required assistance with this matter, and leaving me high & dry. I should have gone with my gut & purchased this scooter from somewhere legit, instead of out of someone’s garage. Live & learn I guess.

I’m sticking to my original response about your whole garage based operation is definitely shady, and as far from legit as you can get. I can’t wait for your arrogant response to see who gets blamed for this one.

DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!!

I ordered a cosplay robe on August 17,2025 since they sold anime items in the Shop app and on their official website. I also paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. It has not arrived and it has not yet even been shipped. Today is September 9th. I requested a refund and a cancellation on the order and have already emailed the store (since 8/30) multiple times and have not yet received a response in a timely manner.  I also reached out via Facebook and Instagram. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Great customer service, very helpful, amazing products very easy transactions friendly staff great deal have plenty of options available to pay so they make sure you get your hands on one of these goodies! First of all, I’d like to see the seller was extremely helpful. We came here to buy my little brother, his first electric scooter, and every single question we asked was answered eloquently with detail he let us. Test drive the scooters explained all the specs definitely 10 out of 10 experience offered us warranty. I will definitely be coming back when I need another scooter for sure. thank you so much for making this a easy process.
