Weider international real iron free weights comes with bars, one with a 2 inch adapters to fit the weights. This package comes with the following. One dead lift bar with 2 inch adapters and couplings to hold the weight One dead lift bar 1 inch 2 - 11 pound steel weight plates 2 - 22 pound steel weight plates 2 - 33 pound steel weight plates 4 - 2.75 pound steel weight plates 4 - 5.5 pound steel weight plates This is a total of 165 pounds +2 bars see pictures attached a little dirty, but still good to work out with, I know longer work out with free weights. I have them priced at less than two dollars a pound not including the bars or the couplings or adapters. Note these are not plastic filled with sand. These are iron, steel weights. $300 OBO takes all I have for these free weights
