Like new and very clean, high-end Bradford White 50 Gallon Hot Water Heater with Hydrojet (technology that keeps water stirring to eliminate any sediment buildups on the bottom of tank). This model has dual elements so you can shut down the bottom half the heater if you don’t need that much hot water and turn it back on when you have company in town or similar. Somehow it separates 25 gallons on the top from the 25 on the bottom. Tank is just over 4 years old, came with our new home. It still has what is remaining of the original Manufacturers Warrenty. Initially my plan was to buy/add a second heater of this model so we would have double the hot water.
