Antique Green Glass Star Type Pattern Christmas Ornament Orb Ball Decorative Sphere Hollow with Clear Loop on Top. This is old and is in quite good condition. I am uncertain exactly what it's intended use was but it is beautiful. It is heavy, weighing just over a pound. It measures about 7" tall and 5" in diameter. The base is just over 2" in diameter. It is hollow with the clear glass loop at the top. The base is flat so it will stand on a table. Could be used decoratively for many purposes.Very tiny possibly two chips where the loop meets the globe but it is very hard to see and I am inclined to believe it is air bubble pockets where the loop was attached and not really chips. I could not get a clear picture of this as it is so minute. Very lovely ornament!
