I was having a rough week after being in a traumatic accident and needed to find a new car fast. I usually dread going to dealerships, but Marlon completely changed that for me. He was polite, helpful, relatable, and really knew his stuff. He listened to what I wanted, gave me realistic options, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I want to say that this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had even through a somewhat traumatic event.

I was driving on the freeway 70 miles from home to visit my grandmother in the hospital to make a long story short my car stopped accelerating but I was able to safely change lanes and make it off the nearest exit. I then had my car towed to Mistlin Honda. I called twice in advance to let them know what happened and that I had recently had a recall repair done at my local Honda dealership.

Even though there was a long line I asked to speak with the manager and Jason came out smiling and told me to come on back. He had no idea i was headed to see a very sick relative, he had no idea i was in the heat for 3 hours with a disabled car, he also had no idea that I was completely exhausted even making this trip because I had travel to over 5 states in the last few weeks for work and family. I was met with a smile and that reassured me and made me feel like I could be positive in that moment.

After telling him what happened and with the recent fuel like recall repair Jason said “i think I know exactly what happened” without seeing my car! He was correct in his assessment. I had a ride coming from the Bay Area to get me to the hospital but Jason was able to diagnose the problem, have a backup car option for me and actually have the problem fixed before my ride got there.

My family and I are very thankful to Jason for taking care of me and wishing my grandmother good health. This went beyond the normal caring of a customer and I will forever be grateful. I plan to come back to have my car serviced because of the level of trust i now have for Jason and the team at Mistlin Honda.
