I got this treadmill from a yard sale about six months ago and I just can't use it because of some back issues and I need to get a treadmill. There's no book of instructions, as it's an older model. It has an incline and a decline and it has a digital Monitor type thing on the top with a book stand if you want to read. It also has some silver hand grips to give you your heart rate. I just need the room back in my house. $30 or best offer.
