I’m a boat motor mechanic and get motors in for customers. I go completely through them, checking compression and so on. This is a great running Evinrude 8hp two stroke outboard short shaft. Compression is 100 in top cylinder and 95 in lower Just Rebuilt the carb New water pump New lower unit oil and prop seal I made a video of it starting and running dated today 02-14-25.
