This bike is used and has cosmetic blemishes.  It, however, has been rebuilt, has new tires, new inner tubes, new seat, clean and oiled.  This bike rides like a new bike!! The rear fender is dented but does not affect the functionality of the bike.  It was not worth throwing it away just to put on a newer shinier one.  It serves its purpose well.   Comfortable upright riding position and soft padded seat is the formula for casual all-day fun.
