I have a 93 fleetwood bounder 28T for sale. In pretty good shape for its age, interior is mostly original. No mechanical issues, recently replaced fan clutch, spark plugs, spark plug wires. Starts up, runs and drives great. The roof has been coated with a forever coat (still has to be maintained/re-coated) and has no leaks. New vent and fan in the bathroom. New toilet, new awning cover installed. Interior lights have all been updated with LED bulbs. Tires are not brand new but are only a year or two old and only have MAYBE 1000 miles on them, and up until about a month ago have been in the shade full time. It has 59,117 miles on it, it’s the Chevy workhorse chassis with the 454 (7.4L) TBI with a Banks Ram air kit. I’ve taken it up the hills to flagstaff a few times, it gets up them slowly but without any issues. The only things wrong with this are, it did have a couple roof leaks so some water got in, but not bad and they have been fixed, onboard generator starts up and runs but will not stay running (probably something related to brushes or voltage regulator), and the steps are bent so doesn’t work (I use a step stool).
