I have to explain and send pictures of what's really going on I thought it was a spring that broke but the bottom of the washer the foundation that holds the spring is actually broken so the machine the washing machine doesn't have a problem its just shifting on one side the hook and the string is not connecting the hook is broken do to rust. What I'm saying is the washer and dryer works, but the platform that holds the spring is broken. It's not a spring problem it's long overdue rusted, now broken hook 150.00 Unless somebody understand the problem and can fix it for I prefer someone in local, here in Miami-Dade County Florida or anywhere in Florida to be able to come and pick up the stackable washer and dryer. There is no way that I'll be able to nail a washer dryer stackable someone would have to come and pick it up that would be difficult on my end
