Description

Yamaha FG 300 Acoustic Guitar (Vintage Red Label) Serial number 1427854. Excellent Condition!!! The neck is very straight and thin, and strings close for easy playing. No cracks or chips on the body, just fingerprints. Includes: Hardshell case, two capso's, finger picks, flat picks, string winder, strap, extra set of strings. Everything is original on this guitar. It has pearl inlay between the frets. The leather handle has come off but can easily be reattached. Also, the pick guard is coming up on one end. It can easily be glued down, but personally, I would have a professional do this. This area has served as my pick holder for as long as I can remember. I have had this guitar since 1975, (fifty years) and have always taken excellent care of it, It has NEVER been in the extreme hot or cold. Only three true musicians have ever played this guitar. It has traveled to almost every state in the United States and has seen crowds of all sizes, and is not scared to perform. I personally played it at the 1983's World Fair in Knovville, Tennessee, in October of 1982. I am selling because I have arthritis in my hands and can no longer play as well. I would love for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. It is meant to be played and enjoyed not rest in its case. I would gladly give the new owner a few FREE lessons if they are just starting out. Enough to get them headed in the right direction.
